Introduction to work – DSO MORAVČE

The building is designed in three floors, ground floor and two floors. The roof of the building will be flat with a minimal slope, and the ground floor part of the building will be partially walkable. On the ground floor, in addition to the entrance hall and reception, there are planned administrative spaces, a kitchen and commercial spaces, a health service and two residential units for people with dementia. On the floors there are living and accompanying rooms for people who need institutional care, temporary care and a day care center. The total net area of the building is 4,413.10 m2. We will also arrange the outdoor areas, 60 parking lots, cafe, laundry, archive, technical rooms and reception.

With the construction of a new home for the elderly, the Municipality of Moravče will acquire 79 beds for the elderly.
