Jelšin Gaj project in Ljubljana

27. Jul 2023
In June, we started the construction of the Jelšin Gaj project in the Trnov suburb of Ljubljana. The project includes the construction of a total of seven identical semi-detached houses and a single-family house up to the 3rd extended construction phase.

All buildings are based on wooden piles with an AB base plate and are designed in a massive construction as a combination of reinforced concrete construction and brick walls.

Each twin consists of two completely separate residential units comprising two living floors (P+N). The roof is flat with a perimeter parapet. The floor area of each floor is 12.1 x 7.5 m. The height of the twins is 6.68 m. The outdoor spaces include a covered entrance area with a canopy for two parking spaces and an atrium.

The single-family house also covers two living floors and has a flat roof. The floor area of each floor is 16.75 x 8.1 m, with part of the floor occupied by an uncovered terrace. The highest point of the building is 7.09 m above the surrounding terrain. There is a canopy above the entrance to the house, which is partially connected to the house, and under it there is a shed for bicycles, a technical room and two parking spaces.
