Accommodation facility on Pipanova street

We will build an accommodation facility with a café on Pipanova pot 18.
On the ground floor there are technical rooms, a cafe and 14 rooms, which are also equipped with a mini kitchen at the request of wealthy guests. In each of the floors there are technical rooms and 17 individual rooms, one of which is adapted for the disabled. The net floor area of the building is 2,259 m2.
