Business and logistics centre Brnik

We are building a new business logistics center for the investor Fraport Slovenija d.o.o. in Brnik.
For the client Fraport Slovenija d.o.o. we are carrying out the reconstruction and extension of the SOLE 2 building. A new two-storey building is built within the existing warehouse for the needs of the TNT business logistics centre.
The load-bearing function of the new building will be performed by a concrete core and a composite structure. Additional storage areas will be arranged with an extension, where the load-bearing function will be performed by a steel structure. As part of the concluded deal, the sewer, public water supply and gas pipeline are also being rearranged.
