Ceremonial opening of the Rakova Jelša II neighborhood in Ljubljana

Last week we ceremoniously opened the new Rakova Jelša II neighborhood in Ljubljana, which we implemented for the client, the Housing Fund of the City of Ljubljana.
The Rakova Jelša II residential neighborhood consisted of the construction of five residential blocks with a total of 156 apartments and associated exterior arrangements, as well as a multi-purpose facility, which will be used for local community spaces and service activities. The multi-purpose building is constructed as a concrete structure of visible concrete, while the residential blocks are reinforced concrete structures with a finishing layer of facade brick tiles. The total area of the residential neighborhood is 24,335.3 m2.
