Commencement of works on Hladilniška pot 34

In Ljubljana, we started the reconstruction of the dormitory building.
For the Public Housing Fund of the City of Ljubljana, we started with the reconstruction and change of use of the existing building of the dormitory on Hladilniška pot 34.
With the reconstruction and repurposing the existing dormitory will be transformed into a apartment building.
There will be 23 flats in the building, of which 14 living units for socially people in need and 9 non-profit rental housing. A total of 3 apartments for the disabled are planned in the building.
