Completion of the 1st phase Pod Pekrska Gorca

The 1st phase thus covered the construction of 212 apartments, which were built taking into account the aspect of sustainable construction as an almost zero energy building. The neighborhood will also have 60 serviced apartments for the elderly and a day activity center.  In the same partnership, work on the construction of the 2nd phase of the Pod Pekrsko Gorca residential neighborhood with 188 apartments, which is expected to be completed at the end of 2022, is still going on smoothly.

Currently, extensive work is being carried out on the gluing of the EPS facade, the laying of parquet, the installation of internal doors and railings on the balconies.
