Military barracks of Edvard Peperk in Ljubljana

In 2022, we signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Slovenia on the execution of GOI works for comprehensive energy rehabilitation and interior renovation of buildings in the Edvard Peperk Barracks in Ljubljana. Our contract works cover 5 buildings.
We are already in the finishing phase with the works on building 1, which is the barracks registration office, and we will hand it over to the client in the next few days. We are also finishing all works on building no. 3 representing a barracks unit. At this building, we are currently installing all the internal doors and carrying out the fine installation of the installations, and the building will be handed over to the investor at the end of this month.
Building 10, which is a physical-chemical laboratory, is currently undergoing extensive facade and roofing work. We will start work on the remaining two facilities in March.
