New project – Labtim commercial and residential building

We are building a commercial-residential complex in Ljubljana, more precisely at Rudnik on Peruzzijeva street for the client Labtim.
The building is planned as a two-story building with a ground floor, of which two floors will be for business use, while the rest of the building will be residential with rental apartments. The building will be built in AB construction with a pile foundation. The roof will be flat with a minimal slope, the facade will be contact plastered and made of a thermal insulation layer. ALU construction furniture is planned.
