New project – Renovation of the HAZU palace in Zagreb

We will carry out the work in the building, which was originally built in the Neo-Renaissance style in the period from 1877 to 1880 and represents one of the most beautiful buildings from that period and an important part of the cultural heritage of the capital of Croatia. Our contractual obligations cover the renovation of a total of 5,911.69 m2 of the building's gross surface area on five floors, otherwise we will renovate all rooms with minimal content rearrangement of the rooms with extensive conservation works.
