New project: Residential neighborhood Nova Dolinska Koper

Last week, we signed a construction contract with the investors Public Housing Fund of the Municipality of Koper and the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for the construction of 166 public rental apartments in the new residential neighborhood Nova Dolinska in Koper.
The construction of three blocks above Dolinska cesta, located south of the city of Koper, is planned. Namely, there will be one block of floors P + 8 with 75 apartments, and two floors will be P + 5 with a total of 91 apartments. An underground garage with a total of 182 parking spaces is planned for all three blocks. The blocks will be based with AB piles that will reach the load-bearing base, the load-bearing structure will be a monolithic AB structure. We will also arrange the external arrangement, traffic connections, areas for socializing and playing, and a public footpath.
