New project: Sereno neighborhood

We recently signed a contract for the construction of the new Sereno Neighborhood in Šmarje Sap, and work will begin at the beginning of the new year.
On 3400m2, the construction of two independent business and residential buildings is planned with the construction of a covered garage and traffic and communal land management. On the ground floor of the buildings, business activity is planned, and on the upper floors there will be apartments. The construction of the buildings is mostly reinforced concrete and they will be based on AB foundation slabs, which will be supported on concrete wells. In the terrace floor, the use of a steel structure in combination with cross-laminated wood for the roof structure is planned. The buildings will have a contact facade with mostly unified glazed surfaces.
