New Project - Vila Škrabčeva in Ljubljana

In Rožna dolina on Škrabčeva Street in Ljubljana, we took over the removal of the building and the construction of a new multi-apartment building, Vila Škrabčeva.
The newly built building will have 11 high-quality apartments on 5th floors, the height of the building will be 13.20 m. The building will be of classic construction with cast AB bearing walls in the basement and with AB panels as ceilings above the rooms. The roof of the multi-apartment building will be flat, the facade will be lined with larger panels in sheet metal, while the balconies and some parts of the facade will have perforated sheet metal. In the basement, there will be a garage with 21 parking spaces and storage rooms for each apartment, access to the garage will be arranged with a car lift.
