Opening of the south-eastern part of the Šance castle wall

Last week, the grand opening of the renovated walls with a promenade took place on the castle hill above Ljubljana.
As a contractor, VG5 restored the said wall. Among other urgent works, we restored the staircase, the railing, injected the damaged concrete and restored the loggias. The renovation was completed in four months. It was originally the work of architect Jože Plečnik from 1938. The Slovenian architect would certainly be proud of the renovation of the walls to such an extent and in such an appearance. Residents of the city of Ljubljana, visitors and tourists have gained a new point for walks and excursions.
