Opening of the residential neighborhood Martinkovac over the city of Rijeka

Before the holidays, in Rijeka in Martinkovac, we ceremoniously handed over the keys to the new owners of the 90th apartments in Martinkovac in Rijeka.
Our contractual work included both the design and construction of the 3rd residential blocks with a total of 90 apartments. The buildings have 6 floors, of which one floor contains storage rooms (basement rooms), while the ground floor and the remaining 4 floors are intended for living. 36 apartments are one-bedroom with a living room, and 54 apartments are two-bedroom with a separate living room. Each building has an elevator, stairs will be located along the northeast facade, and parking lots will be located near the buildings. We also arranged access roads and parking lots for visitors.
