Part of our team is moving to the faculty of teaching in Zagreb

Recently, together with a partner, a contract was signed for the implementation of GOI works at the "Faculty of Teachers" or the Faculty of Pedagogy in Zagreb. In 2020, the building suffered severe damage due to an earthquake, so we undertook a comprehensive earthquake and energy renovation of the building.
The Faculty of Education was built in 1937 as a former women's high school and is the work of architect Zvonimir Vrkljan. It represents modern Croatian interwar architecture and for this reason is under the protection of cultural heritage.
The works are extensive due to the size of the building, the gross floor area of the constructed building is more than 12,300 m2 and it is divided into floors basement, ground floor, 3 floors and mansard. In addition to the mandatory rehabilitation of the structure, all other artisanal and installation work will be carried out, which is necessary to establish the full functionality of the building.
After the completion of all works, 1,800 people will be able to attend classes and lectures.
