Plečnik Medal for the renovation of the palace on Krekova Street in Maribor

The renovation of the palace in Maribor received the Plečnik Medal.
In 2016, the company VG5 completed the renovation of the pre-war banking palace on Krekova Streer in Maribor for the needs of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering and Architecture. The palace was renovated without major interventions in the basic architectural elements and floor plan.
The Jože Plečnik Foundation awarded the Plečnik Medal for the renovation, which is the most prestigious and important public recognition for a top creation in the fields of architecture, urbanism, landscape architecture and interior design.
