Signing new contract for project Pekrska gorca Phase 2

Together with partners Pomgrad d.d., Gitri d.o.o. and GH Holding d.o.o. We recently signed a contract with the client Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for the construction of the 2nd phase of the residential neighbourhood Pod Pekrsko gorco in Maribor.
The construction of four multi-apartment buildings with 188 apartments is planned, together with the premises of the residential community and rental premises on the ground floor. In the second phase, buildings of irregular shapes and reinforced concrete structures are planned. We are currently implementing the first phase of the construction of the Pod Pekrsko gorco neighborhood in the same partner consortium.
