Signing of the contract for the start of works for the Rakova Jelša II residential neighbourhood

Last week, VG5 d.o.o. signed a contract with the client Public Housing Fund of the City of Ljubljana for the implementation of construction and installation works for the construction of the Rakova Jelša residential neighbourhood in Ljubljana.
The Rakova Jelša II residential neighbourhood consists the construction of five apartment blocks with a total of 156 apartments and the associated external arrangement, as well as a multi-purpose facility, which will be intended for local community premises and service activities. The multi-purpose building is designed as a concrete structure of visible concrete, while the blocks will be reinforced concrete construction with a final layer of facade brick tiles. The total area where construction is planned is 24,335.3 m2.
