Contract signing for construction of 90 apartments in Rijeka on Martinkovac

Yesterday, on February 10, 2021, we signed a contract with the Agency for Socially Incentive Housing of the City of Rijeka (APOS) in Rijeka, Croatia for the implementation of design and GOI works on the POS Martinkovac I. phase project.
VG5 d.o.o. has taken over the preparation of project documentation, obtaining a building permit and the implementation of GOI works, and is expected to start building housing in the second quarter of 2021. Construction is expected to take 18 months.
3 residential buildings are planned, in each of them there will be 30 apartments. The facilities will be ground floor + 4 floors, while basements will be used for storage. Each building will have an elevator, stairs will be located along the northeast facade, and parking lots will be located near the buildings.
We are pleased that this will be our fifth project in the city of Rijeka.
