Renovation and extension of the Maestoso Hotel in Lipica

We recently signed a contract with the client Holding Lipica Stud Farm for conducting construction, craft and installation works at the Renovation and Extension of the Maestoso Hotel in Lipica. The project is architecturally designed with the characteristics of the Karst and similarities that are excluded from the ambience of the Lipica estate with white fences. Of the existing facilities, only the structure will be preserved, the rest will be removed and rebuilt. We will also perform a connecting reinforced concrete structure between the new and old building. With the upgrade, we will double the number of rooms to 139 rooms, build a congress centre with five congress halls, a restaurant, reception and service and technical rooms. All hotel rooms will have a balcony.
