Renovation of the Moemax furniture store in Ljubljana, Rudnik

We are completely removing the existing Knauf and brick walls, and we have also removed the existing elevator. Once the elevator was removed, we improved the characteristics of the floor with jet grouting technology, which is drilled 20 m deep. This week, the slabs and walls of a larger industrial elevator for transporting cargo to the 1st floor, where the store's main warehouse is located, are being concreted, and 2,800 m2 of screed has been removed.

We are dismantling all advertising, spotlights, cameras, speakers and a glass wall along the entire facade, which will later be replaced by facade panels. The new facade will be made of trapezoidal sheet metal. The entire store is being divided into individual rooms made of plasterboard panels, with the joinery being replaced. A new layer of waterproofing membrane will be applied to the entire roof of the building, which is approximately 7,000m2. New installations will also be carried out, as well as external landscaping with new two-level ramps and 16 new parking spaces for charging electric vehicles.
