Renovation of Villa Podrožnik

VG5 d.o.o. has signed a contract for the comprehensive renovation of Villa Podrožnik, which the state uses for protocol meetings.
The entire estate is located below Rožnik; the estate measures 3.7 ha and the villa 1,200 m2. The building was built in 1910 and is under protection of monuments of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of Slovenia. VG5 d.o.o. will completely renovate and energetically rehabilitate the building.
