Serviced apartments in Žarova in Velenje

For the investor, the Municipality of Velenje, we started with the demolition of an already dilapidated building on the site of which we will build a multi-apartment building with serviced apartments for elderly citizens of the Municipality of Velenje.
In the new facility, 12 serviced apartments are planned with a common space for hanging out on the ground floor, the facility will be floor plan ground floor + 2 stories with a flat roof. It is also planned to build a bicycle shed, which will be on the ground floor with a size of 25 m2. We will arrange the exterior arrangement with parking lots.
With the construction of serviced apartments on Žarova cesta, the municipality of Velenje is starting a housing investment cycle, as they plan to build between 300 and 400 new apartments in the coming period.
