Signing a contract to build InnoRenew CoE

VG5 d.o.o. has signed a contract for the construction of the Centre of Excellence for Research and Innovation in the field of renewable materials and a healthy living environment or InnoRenew CoE.
The project contains two interconnected five-storey buildings with a total gross area of 8,200 m2, which will represent low-energy and sustainable construction. The construction will have a hybrid base of wood, concrete and steel, solid wooden walls will be made of cross-laminated wood panels, and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors will be entirely wooden, so the institute will be the largest wooden building in Slovenia so far. With the construction of the institute, the researchers will acquire ten laboratories in addition to the rooms for employees, cabinets and presentation rooms.
