Signing of the contract for the construction of a new kindergarten in Viškovo

The new kindergarten will be energy efficient, which will reduce energy costs during the operation of the facility. The new kindergarten will be built in the immediate vicinity of the existing kindergarten, on a plot of land with a total area of ​​1,965.00 m2. The configuration of the terrain on which the new kindergarten will be built is very demanding, because it is a very steep slope with large height oscillations. The kindergarten is constructed of reinforced concrete, based on an AB foundation slab with prior replacement of the load-bearing floors. The total area of ​​the kindergarten will be 586 m2. The kindergarten will have space for 4 groups of nursery children on the lower floor and 3 groups of older children on 1 floor (a total of 100 children).
