Signing of the contract for the implementation of the Jezero Residential Neighborhood

We started with the construction of the green Jezero neighborhood, which is located in the heart of nature in the Ljubljana Marshes in the eastern part of Podpeč.
Contractual works cover the construction of road and communal infrastructure, including the construction of a reinforced concrete bridge over the Hruški potok and single-story apartment buildings. Single-family houses, terraced houses, semi-detached houses and multi-apartment buildings will grow in the settlement, with a total of 77 residential units. All buildings are designed in a traditional Slovenian style with a gable roof. The entire design of the project is adapted to the terrain of the Barjana, for which we will install 12,000 wooden piles.
