Signing of the contract for Kovačnica - business incubator in Kranj

According to the project, the entire renovation of the building with 1,800.00 m2 of usable area is planned in the strict city center of Kranj, which is under the protection of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Heritage. In fact, it is the Post Office building from 1941. The ground floor will be converted into a multi-purpose and shared space with a multi-purpose hall, lobby, kitchenette and individual offices. The first and second floors will be converted into "open floor" offices, lecture halls, meeting rooms and common areas. Sanitary blocks, kitchenette, audio-video studio will be arranged, and an elevator will be installed. In addition to the interior, we will also redecorate the external atrium with floor changes, space equipment, landscaping and the installation of a charging station for electric bicycles.

With the much-needed space, young companies will receive an additional incentive to innovate entrepreneurship in the region.
