Start of work on a new project - Home for senior citizens Bloke

In Bloke, machines started buzzing on our new project, Bloke Senior Citizens' Home. After the commissioning, we started with the construction of the building complex of the home for the elderly, which consists of three functionally independent buildings that operate interdependently.
Construction will take place on a plot of land measuring 5,406 m2. In addition to the residential part, the complex will contain a cafe, small business premises, a dining room and a central kitchen for preparing hot meals, as well as other auxiliary technical premises. The facade of the building will be clinker brick, the roof will be partly sloping and partly flat
The new home for the elderly will offer 60 beds.
