Successfully completed technical inspection at the Logatec day center

The building was designed as an independent functional unit on three floors P + N + TE. The façade envelope of the building is uniform and minimally articulated, the contact façade is in light pastel shades on TI hard stone wool and in individual places as a ventilated façade. The building has a flat roof, which is partly intended for the technical service team, it is made as an uninsulated warm roof.

With the new construction, the client acquired a kitchen, dining room, TV corner, computer room, dance floor, rest area, toilets, staff locker rooms and technical rooms. On the first floor we find several functionally open space for various exercises, rehabilitation trainings, socializing in groups and other implementations of the social program of the day center.
