On Friday, 16 July 2021, the construction of 90 new flats in Martinkovac, Croatia began with the symbolic laying of the foundation stone.
In a short time - the contract for the execution of works was signed in February this year - we managed to prepare the entire project documentation and obtain a building permit for the client, the Agency for Socially Incentived Housing of the City of Rijeka.
