VG5 at Career day

Yesterday, Tjaša and Armin took part in the students' career day organized by the Association of Civil Engineering Students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodesy of the University of Ljubljana.
At the event, they met construction students, introduced VG5 d.o.o. to them, how work is done and all the advantages that employment in our company brings. They talked with the students about all the possibilities of cooperation already during their studies, about their wishes, goals and ideas about the profession of a civil engineer. Events of this type are an exceptional opportunity for employers to establish the first contacts with construction students and, on the basis of new knowledge, to adjust the strategy and policy of recruiting younger personnel.
We thank the Association for the invitation to the event and are already looking forward to the next career day.
