VG5 d.o.o. returns to city of Izlake

With the investor ETI Izlake d.o.o. we signed a contract for the implementation of the 2nd phase of construction of the facility "New production and storage facilities ETI - II. phase".
The works are mainly the reconstruction of existing premises and the extension of the production hall, which was built by VG5 in the first phase of 2018. The contract works include construction, craftsmanship and installation work, including external arrangement and rehabilitation of the existing bridge over stream Medija. The extension will have a floor area of approximately 930m2 and will be two-storey building. The foundation of the building will be made on piles, and the construction will be metal. On the ground floor, the investor will acquire new storage facilities with rack storage, and on the first floor, the premises will be used for production.
