VG5 teambuilding in winter skiing version on Krvavec

Part of the VG5 team went to Pokljuka in the morning, where they competed in cross-country skiing on perfectly groomed trails. The rest of the team started the day skiing on Krvavec. Non-skiers were also catered for with a treasure hunt, activities with snowshoes, and daily sledding. After the team from Pokljuka arrived at Krvavec, the bravest competed in the giant slalom, while the rest of us cheered our colleagues on loudly.

After the night sledding, there was an evening party with a surprise private concert - Ines Erbus. The band got us up on our feet and dancing until the early hours of the morning. Saturday was dedicated to leisurely skiing, an organized hike around Krvavec, a good home-cooked lunch, sunbathing and, above all, exchanging impressions of what a fantastic weekend we had.

While socializing, strengthening ties and, above all, enjoying the good atmosphere, we came to an important conclusion – it doesn't matter where or what kind of teambuilding we have, the whole charm is made by a well-coordinated team. A team that helps each other at work, supports each other, understands each other well and, more importantly, a team that also likes to spend free time with colleagues.
