View of the construction site "Polycom" - GC Dobje

Work on the construction of a business production facility in GC Dobje is progressing well. The assembly of the reinforced concrete prefabricated hall (production part of the building) is currently being carried out. The construction will be completed within 14 days.

This week we will complete construction works on the office building, which is otherwise of classic construction.

The Polycom business and production facility consists of a structure of 3 independent dilatation objects. The first dilatation unit is a one-storey (GF) prefabricated reinforced concrete structure, the second unit is a two-storey (GF + FL) prefabricated reinforced concrete structure, and the third unit is a four-storey (GF + 1FL + 2FL + 3FL) reinforced concrete structure. The net floor area of the building is 9,261.43 m².
