We have reached an important milestone in the Vodmat Residence project: The technical inspection for the 1st phase will be in April!

The project is divided into three main phases, with the 1st phase currently being completed, which includes the first block (building B1) and the garages of the first and second buildings on two floors. We have already submitted a complete application for the completed building B1 for a use permit to the administrative unit, so we expect the technical inspection of the 1st phase to be carried out in mid-April 2025.

On building B2, craftsman work is being carried out inside the building, namely paving, painting and ceramic work, and the roof and the outer shell of the building - the facade, which is also being completed. At the same time, the external reinforced concrete troughs, which are part of the exterior design, are also being carried out.

Last week, we completed the concrete works of the third block (building B3), and the external reinforced concrete troughs around the building are still being implemented. The roof and windows are currently being installed on the building, while inside we have started drywall work and electrical and mechanical installations.
