We signed a contract to build a 5-star hotel in Ičići, Opatija

We signed a contract with the investor Riva's Hotels & Resorts for the construction of a hotel complex on 20,000 square meters in Ičići in Opatija. Recently, a contract was also signed with Marriott International, which will take over the management of the hotel.
The luxury hotel will have 5 stars, 180 rooms and 12 hotel villas and will be entirely of reinforced concrete construction. As part of the construction of the hotel, the exterior will also be arranged with a pedestrian bridge, swimming pools, fountains, shopping areas and much more. Before the start of construction, the land was abandoned for a long time, once there was a hospital for lung diseases.
