We signed a contract for the reconstruction and extension of the Health Center in Opatija

The main building was built in 1932 under the Italian occupation and initially served as a kindergarten for 100 children, and only in 1945 did the building acquire the function of a health center.

The reconstruction of the main building will be carried out in full, with the renovation of both the interior and the exterior of the building, with the roof and facade being restored in a conservation manner, as the building is under cultural heritage protection. We will also build a 3-storey extension, which, unlike the main building, will be built in modern forms with modern materials, with the external appearance following the color shade of the main building. The facade will be partly ventilated, partly contact facade with glass walls. External landscaping will also be carried out.

With the complete renovation of the old building and the addition of a new one, the health center will acquire new specialist clinics and technologically modernize the old ones, as well as enabling better and faster patient treatment.
