We will revive the "Sončni vrtovi Vransko" project!

We recently signed a contract for construction, craftsmanship and installation work at the Sončni Vrtovi Vransko housing estate.
We have taken over the implementation of 3 apartment blocks in which there will be a total of 33 apartments. The buildings will be floors K + P + 2N (+ penthouse), all three apartment blocks will have a common basement-garage, the walls of the garage will be made of visible concrete. The buildings are designed as a reinforced concrete wall structure, the roof of the buildings will be flat with a minimal slope, with a classic warm roof system. We also took over the external arrangement with horticulture.
The newly built facilities will meet the design and price requirements of the real estate market in Vransko and the wider region.
