We completed our project Šečerana Palace in Rijeka

VG5 d.o.o. concluded with all the work on the extremely demanding project of the renovation of the Šečerana Palace in the city of Rijeka.
The basic building was built in 1752 and today is considered one of the most beautiful baroque buildings on the Adriatic. At the beginning of the works, it was quite devastated and, above all, empty. Interventions on the existing structure were planned so that the dimensions, appearance and load-bearing structure did not change. The biggest challenge on the project was the preservation and restoration of existing stucco, frescoes and ceramic kilns. At the end of the works, the Rijeka City Museum will move into the palace.
