Completion of the project CTN Event stage and venue Velenje

At the end of last year, the Municipality of Velenje successfully obtained a valid use permit for the CTN Event Stage and Venue. The construction took place on the degraded area, which was created as a result of mining activities. With completion of the project the restoration of social, environmental and economic value, has been permanently rehabilitated. City of Velenje became the owner of the largest event space in Slovenia.

In addition to arranging the event space in the size of circa of 46,000 m2, we also built a modern and attractive event stage, which is designed as a multi-purpose facility. A special feature next to the building is a floating pier on the lake with a total length of 55m, which will be used for leisure and sport activities on the water.
